When the Now slips you the tongue

My Highest dream is to be knowledge in all its forms nimbly dancing through the mystic. All the Tao my lover.

I have tasted this many times.

I have made love to The Now.

Here is a reminiscence and still..a reminder.

Nascent happiness snuck in and then it took all off me, Lovely.

I was at my first rainbow gathering Sitting at Welcome Home Kitchen. Someone was playing the banjo and signing the Galaxy song.

A grinning, raspy, gypsy cook yelled “Apple fritters!” ..free of course.

Some new sweetheart, Rider, a tall half Cherokee man with black dreadlocks and a quick smile, put my big toe to use as an anchor for a bracelet he was weaving.

A little girl of about three ran and spun and laughed.. plopping into my lap using me as her safe spot in a game of tag.

Nowhere else I had rather be. No worry, or stress. Needing no filters, they left.. Removed quickly Like clothes in the heat of passion, I took it all in.

It.. me and I.. everything. I tipped my head back. My lips parted gently in a smile. My eyes, alive with joy, The NOW leaned in and kissed me long and deep. Ah, Happiness my first time.
